ΙΕΡΟΣ ΝΑΟΣ ΑΓΙΟΥ ΝΙΚΟΛΑΟΥ ΣΕΛΗΝΙΩΝ ΣΑΛΑΜΙΝΟΣ
Πριν χτιστεί ο σημερινός Ναός από τον φημισμένο και εξαίρετο αρχιτέκτονα Σόλωνα Κυδωνιάτη ( Δεκαετία 1950 συγκεκριμένα 1955-1958 ) , υπήρχαν στην θέση του προς την θάλασσα δύο καμαροσκέπαστα εκκλησάκια εφαπτόμενα , του Αγ.Νικολάου και της Αγ.Παρασκευής
Το πρώτο εκκλησάκι του Αγ.Νικολάου μάλιστα μνημονεύεται το 1667 σελ.62-63 από τον Οθωμανό περιηγητή, διανοούμενο και πιστό μουσουλμάνο Εβλιά ή Εβλιγιά Τσελεμπή (Evliya Çelebi,έτη 1611 έως 1682 – 1684) «Τα Αττικά του Εβλιά ή Εβλιγιά Τσελεμπή. Αι Αθήναι και τα περίχωρά των κατά τον 17ον αιώνα». Το πρώτο εκκλησάκι που φτιάχτηκε πάνω στο νησί είναι το παρεκκλήσι του Αγίου Ιωάννη του Καλυβίτη στη νότια Σαλαμίνα, 10ος αιώνας εντός πευκόφυτου δάσους κοντά στην περιοχή των Κανακίων μετά τον Αγιο Νικόλαο (Λεμόνια).
2.Σύμφωνα με μη ιστορικές πηγές το εκκλησάκι του Αγ Νικολάου είχε κτιστεί πρόχειρα το 1605 από ψαράδες οι οποίοι κατοικούσαν την περιοχή. Μεταγενέστερα το 1838 προστέθηκε εφαπτόμενη κάμαρα ως Αγ. Παρασκευή.
Σήμερα κάτω από το Ιερό Βήμα που βρίσκεται η Αγία Τράπεζα του Αγ. Νικολάου υφίσταται στο ημιυπόγειο η παλιά Αγ Τράπεζά του (πρό του 1954).
3.Το καμαροσκέπαστο εκκλησάκι της Αγ.Παρασκευής λόγω της κατεδάφισής του κτίσθηκε επί της ομώνυμης οδού οκτώ οικ.τετράγωνα αριστερά ανεβαίνοντας την οδό Αγ. Νικολάου στα Σελήνια.
